This is the ab ripper x workout that immediately follows the legs and back workout, so i was pretty exhausted when I got to this point. Also, in case you didn't know notice, I sped up the video to save time, i can't really move that fast :)
I swear, ab ripper seems so much more tougher then the actual longer wkouts, lol. Awesome job.
