Thought provoking question - and in my opinion the answer is no. The reason people hide eggs on Easter is because Easter was originally a pagan holiday to celebrate the changing of seasons to spring. During the Roman empire Constantine combined pagan and Christian holidays. Christmas also has it's origins as a pagan holiday to celebrate the winter equinox.

You are correct. The egg is also a Spring/birth/life symbol. Most "Crhistian" "traditions" come from aping Pagan/Druidic icons. You think an Evergreen tree had ANYTHING to do with the birth od the Christ?? A pine tree in Bethlehem probably would've looked as natural as a Starbucks on Mars.

The easter bunny doesnt come from christanity at all it comes from paganism the bunny represents Fertility and also something about a spring godesse.
Look it up its true. Most of them are, such as halloween, christmast and all the others...
