It's from "The Fresh Prince Of Bel Air" season 1, episode 2 called "Bang the Drum, Ashey".
DJ Jazzy Jeff (Jeffrey Townes) makes his first appearence in the show. For the next 6 years he plays a dude named Jazz who becomes best friends with Will Smith, the main character of the show.
