On September 10th 2011 I removed the last of my equipment from King Joe's gym thus severing ties to the club forever. I just wanted to put up a video that epitomized one of the greatest hardcore gyms in its time. A family of strong lifters and friends.. Thanks guys/girls I'll be seeing down the road.
