Heartbeat Sequel [A Jemi Story] Chapter 3

It's been a week since the Ellen show, Joe and I are constantly followed as usual but now it's always questions about why we never told anyone that we were married. We've gotten a lot of bad publicity saying we're terrible role models, how could we get married so young? And since we brought Rose back to live with us they all think she was created from a drunken teenage night. Why is it that the media has to assume things and make up these rediculous rumors? Joe and I have just been ignoring them, they can all just screw themselves. Rose has been sick all week so we went to the hospital to get her checked for H1N1. Thank God, she doesn't have it. She's only 5 so it'd be harder for her to fight it off. They said she just has the simple flu and to bring her back if she feels bad still in a week. We're officially on tour, which can be hard on Rose. Luckily, she doesn't start kindergarten until after tour so we don't have to worry about tutors or anything like that. We have a concert tonight in Tampa. It's going to be weird being back home in Florida. I'm really hoping we don't run into anyone from High School. That'd be awkward. I got up from where I was sitting in the lounging area of the tour bus and looked out the huge window. We had arrived at our hotel and there were what looked like hundreds of screaming fans swarming the bus. We had to wait inside for a few minutes while the guards formed a passage way. Joe held Rose in his arms, his hand resting her head into his chest so she wouldn't have to see the flashing lights. They were pretty hard on the eyes. Eventually we made our way inside and into our room. Nick and Selena were staying in there own room and Kevin was in his own too. Seeing Joe with his brothers so often now made me really miss my sister, Ashley. We talk every once in a while but it's not the same. She is now a huge fashion designer and she's always super busy. Anyways, I was now in our hotel room with the suitcases, unpacking them. "What are you doing, Dems?" Joe asked me.
I turned to him, "Unpacking our stuff?" I said.
"I know that, but why? We're just going to have to pack up soon anyways." He put Rose into our bed and flipped the television on to Barney. It was almost 10 pm and she needed to go to bed.
"Right. I hate living out of suitcases." I said as I put the shirts I had just taken out, back into the suitcase.
"I know, me too. But we're going to have to get use to it, we've got a whole two months of living out of suitcases." He pecked me on the lips before retreating to the bathroom to shower.
The next day we had several interviews to go to, then at night we would have our first concert. So far we hadn't run into anyone, Tampa isn't exactly small anyways. My mom came with us to Florida because she wanted to be back home for a couple of days so she was watching Rosey today but when we go to our next destinations we would have to bring Rose to the interviews and stuff, we didn't really want to hire a nanny and become the parents that leave their kids with the help all the time, so Selena promised she would watch her during concerts. Selena was touring with us because her show had just ended and she wanted to take a break for a few months from Hollywood. We're lucky she decided that. I sat down next to Joe and the interviewer came in. I looked over at Joe and his face immediatly turned red, I was expecting steam to come out of his ears. What the hell was wrong with him? Nick looked really uncomfortable and Kevin looked just as confused as me. The interviewer turn to me, her dark brown curls bouncing, she smirked as she said, "Hello, i'm Camilla Belle."
