HI Chris, I'm a flamenco guitarist myself and as a fellow musician I can recognize what in deed you managed to achieve the octaves separation sound but
I think is because most of the peeps are used to the guitar version. Also,I do agree that you need to be a bit more careful when hitting those chords but we all have done it b4. and one more suggestion, your posture man, you need to straighten it a lot, in the long term your back is going to give you pains, raise your head also. Allthe best!

@rj333333 I believe it was Segovia, not Tarrega. But yes, the transcription is beautiful. Not that the piano original isn't, equally or more so - as a pianist, I lean toward the original - and this version is very nicely done. Thanks for posting, hodori!

damn prodigy... probably the best performance iv seen on this piece. 90% of all the other piano versions on youtube are choppy and often hit wrong keys. bravo.

Thank You. Nice use of room acoustics and string decay. You've got big ears.

@MegaAvenger2010 you seriously need to reconsider your statement.
just watch more videos from rubinstein, richter, kissin, horowitz, - come on, just look harder

I've heard about 12 different pianists playing this piece on you tube. So far you are the only one who plays the octave chords correctly (a 16th note separates the left hand bass from the right hand chord-making it a lttle difficult to play as opposed to playing the bass and chord together which the other pianists do) thus achieving the "raspa" effect that is one of the characteristics of flamenco guitar playing that Albeniz wanted.
