what will you do with the left over garlic, onions, and some other ingredients that you didnt use?

Well done! Very well presented with unique music. Your style of presenation is sensual, not unlike that of Nigella (Lawson?) and works very well for you. Please keep up the great work...(will have to look at pt2 now!) :)
