What a moronism. President Kaczyński argued about way of voteing, directly dependeing on population (but held by the politicians). If some country would lost 1/4 of it, it will make it even weaker. Becouse of differences amongst members it`s more fair to not make its strenght directly dependent on pop, but olso respect member as a separate subject, even if united. That sentence wasn`t just to play war card with Germans, but to explain why it`s not the best idea.
