@wertsdb71 Great table I have a Rega Planar 3 as well! Bang for buck not many compare to it! Cheers!

@VinylConvert Good suggestion. Thanks very much for watching and commenting!

@wertsdb71 i haven't read any books on the music i enjoy except what accompanies the cd and/or album. i just got into the various artists' compositions, lived with their music, and that's all i've ever done.

@nevarism Thanks very much for the suggestion. That would certainly fill a hole in my book coverage, for sure!

@EzaVinylAddict Yes sir! Good eye. It is a Planar 3 that I purchased in the very late 90s. Love it!

The Lives of the Great Composers by Harold C. Schonberg

@reaganrvltn Yes, a "classic," no pun intended.

I love Barnes & Noble too. I'm a bit prejudiced because I just received my 10-year pin from the store here in Manchester NH. Favorite books I read recently are Richie Unterberger's "Turn Turn Turn" and "Eight Miles High", a 2 volume set on the folk-rock revolution. Also recommended is "Soulsville U.S.A." by Rob Bowman about Stax. Stay away from Eric Burdon's autobiography 'Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood'. I couldn't even finish it.

@MrPlatypus9 ... as in ten years of service? If so, that's cool! I've always romanticized running a little bookshop, even worked at a local used and rare one for a little while. Thanks very much for the recommendations!
