Nice radio set up. I have the Pro2. Very happy with it. Glad you have the right attitude I.E. Its all radio. Funny how it's the USA hams who have a problem with 11 meters. 11 meters is not an issue in the free world (Europe). Anyhow, I prefer 11 meters more then the "gentlemans band" perhaps because I like to have a QSO and exchange real radio reports. 11 meters is also a very interesting band for propagation.
yes its true, radio is radio and a contact is a contact.... on 11meters you can have a good QSO without all the "you cant do this and you cant do that" Its where most of us started and most of us will go back to. i hold a ticket and have done for a lot of years now but 11 is the best band and full of ham's from all over the world :)
