The hot side of a turbo (part connected to the exhast) is the turbine.
The cold side of the turbo (part connected to the intake) is the compressor.
This crap is neither a turbine nor a compressor. This is a fan.

@GreenMagic89 A fan is not a turbine unless the fan blade itself is being powered by a source so that the work can be harnessed to drive or power something (example wind mill). A good example of a turbine is the turbocharger is powered by the exhaust gases that turns the turbine shaft connected to the compressor impeller. A fan blade powered by a electric motor is not a turbine. Just trying to make their device sound cool but its nothing but a scam.
