  • You guys are idiots if you think body builders have no muscle. They may not be as strong as olympian power lifters, but that's because they are body builders. A power lifter focuses on the excersises they compete with, so they really only get strong doing that. Body builders have to do dozens of workouts for every single muscle in their body, so they can't just focus on bench press or squats. They do everything, and therefor build perfect bodys. Watch videos of Arnold and tell me he's weak?

  • Dennis Wolf is an awesome athlete but i got a short question:

    His motions in this video are pretty jerky in some of the movements which i dislike... I mean of course it works, he´s a great athlete and I like him best but this video should demonstrate a training to foolish bodybuilding guys like me who believe to be good one day and the technique is kinda bad at some points, isnt it?

  • These giant sets are fucking awesome! Screw the old 3 sets rest half an hour between sets. You know where that will get you? It will get you a top spot at the average gym rat competition...LOL. I tried dennis shoulder workout giant set from another vid and MAN it felt great! Giant sets really get your blood going, you can actually feel the intensity and your muscles swallowing up due to extreme stress. Im continuing this method and see how it goes. Great vid!

  • @roukos89 Well depends on what you want to do for your body. The way a bodybuilder workouts they're always going for reps on even the heavyweights so therefore always defining and building mass. If you just swant definition I suggest you just do cardio and lightweights with healthy nutritional meals. If you want mass then heavyweights with a high protein diet. If you want both then you're going to want to follow the example of a bodybuilder.

  • i really dont understand...in every forum and in most videos i always hear(or read) "keep a nice form..nice and slow"...However in every video that a huge bodybuilder is working out(like this one)... he has no good form and he s doing the reps really fast..So PLEASE someone answers me WHAT SHOULD I DO????nice and slow or bad and fast?????????
