Rice mill capacity : 150 kg/hr (old design) A small blower is used to fill the pipeline with producer gas before starting the engine. The engine is coupled to the rice mill by a pulley belt. The workers start the engine easily by pulling this belt and the engine start up just after "2 to 3 pull", simply amazing. This type of system is suitable for running rice mills, water pumps and generators etc. The only disadvantage of this system is the usual problem associated with gas engines such as poor engine step load. So for genset application, it is important to study the types of loads that the generator is supporting. The system is extremely suitable for application where small amount of speed variation is acceptable. Our Trillion Gasifier can run on any biomass such as palm oil kernel shell, coconut shell, coconut husk, rice husk, wood chip, sugarcane pulp, coal etc.
