The reason the video is called delta force does not exist is because it is showing how the government deny their existence hence the black cut out eyes. Their identity's are secret therefore as far as we are concerned, they are not real.
But yes they are actually real hence the photo's but the video just shows us that the government want us to not notice their go abouts.
