Nothing. You still get the praxis point if you say the right thing to the doctor. It's just a minor side-quest, how you role-play it for flavor is up to the player and has trivial importance in game and storyline terms.

Did this video have a point? It's just you deploying the Typhoon in the situation it was designed for. It was just two minutes of build-up for a lame joke of you gently pushing him into the sewer canal. Jokes are good, but the build-up has to be proportionate.

@Voothegreat The joke was Jensen was trying to be cool and reasonable, but the guy was such a douche he changed his mind and kicked his ass. That and I REALLY wanted to combine the Typhoon with a WTFBOOM ever since I first used it ingame and needed an excuse to do that. lol
