  • I agree, we can whine a bit too much but I would rather neutrlaize the whining than stuff it down because it just tends to resurface in other areas anyway. Cathryn

  • as a survivor of all kinds of horrific crap and after many years of counseling and group therapy, my experience is that pain is a cycle and can be transcended through meditation and avoidance of negative influences and triggers.

  • I am glad you have found something that works for you. Meditation is indeed a useful tool.

  • i understand that you have limited time for video but can you please speak the phrases a bit slowly in new videos?your e.f.t techniques are very creative..

  • Thanks for the feedback. What I suggest, since these videos are already up, is instead of trying to restate my comments just tap along with them as if they are a meditation ... that may make it a little easier. Hope this helps. And I will keep your feedback in mind for upcoming videos. Again, thanks, Cathryn

  • thanks, your videos are profound and effective...

  • haha...yes i agree videos are great, but because english is not my mother language and i translate words to my native one, i have troubles with following you, because you speak your phrases to fast, which are otherwise really great, so I would be really grateful if you could be able to speak them slower. But besides that keep on with the good job, cause your really helping me reconnect with my trueself, so THANK YOU VERY MUCH :-)

  • Your most welcome! Thanks for taking the time to let us know you liked it!
