Actor Rohit Roy speaks on the Shiney Ahuja case

Along with Nandita Das, zoom also asked a few other Bollywood stars about the horrifying incident. Zoom had a tete-a-tete with the well-known Bollywood as well as TV actor Rohit roy to share his perspective on this situation.

Rohit roy said that Shiney has been a very affable and down-to earth person. And he is very confused as to whether the incident has occurred or not. If it has occurred then and if Shiney is found guilty than Rohit feels that there should be no liberty granted to Shiney just because he is a celebrity. But if he is not found guilty then the media should not create hype and create a situation of media-trial, convicting of rape, even before courts judgment.

I think he just got desperate and landed with someone he couldn't bribe. I bet thousand of regular actors do it on a regular basis but you never hear abt it in the media. He admits to having consensual sex. (which is still illegal if the girl was underage...) Maybe his enemeies (rival actors) bought the girl with loads of money to finish shiney,s career as they saw him as a potential threat.
