Deadlift - 1.5x Bodyweight
Bench Press - Bodyweight
Cleans - 0.75x Bodyweight

Time: 14:20

I realize the bench doesn't quite go to full depth. I hurt my left shoulder benching a couple years ago, and it still bothers me, especially with increased fatigue. If this one came up in competition I would have to go full ROM, but until then I'm trying to limit shoulder pain.

Had a real mis-hap on the round of 2's, was using a bar that was slightly bent from someone doing very heavy squats, and as I lifted off, the bar rotated and flipped off my hands. Did not feel nice one bit. Looks pretty bad too!! ; )

    Yeah, I have nothing to make the fuss out of and nothing worth showing off: just usual, old-fashioned stuff: Real weighted pull-ups, weighted dips, press, squats, cleans, some simple bar acrobatics, running, ..., boring... not for the CF pussies... you, CF guys, need smth that glitters :-)

  • Decent Deadlift, Half-Bench Press, Terrible Cleans - as usual :-)). What's wrong with you, CF Guys ? What ? You "Best Experts" instructors cannot teach you proper cleans ?

  • @valgez1 Read the info. Had a shoulder issue at the time which hurt only in that last ROM on the bench.

    This is also almost 2 years old. Check some recent videos, I've learned a lot since then.

    I'm deadlifting 505, Cleaning 295, Benching 275 (full ROM). Nothing wrong with that.

  • @jayrhodes No problem, I mean that on every CF video cleans are not actually cleans - you shouldn't use your arms at all

  • @valgez1 I hear you. In the context of some workout you could be better off to muscle clean it.

    I have improved immensely on these and it actually looks how it should.

I express my opinion about the over expensive commercial scam called "CF" and about the ignorant and average people with hyper ego, calling themselves CFeers, naively believing they are "Elite" and thinking they are better than others. I don't need CF scam or any another hype or whatever to have my own life. My wife is not a CFer and my friends are not CFers HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!

  • How should i lift a Deadlift - 1.5x Bodyweight. That would be 120 kg of my weight of 80kg
