He is an actor/director who makes movies that have mindblowingly idiotic scenes. Sajid Khan used to make fun of him in his 90s show 'Kehne Me Kya Harj Hai' and made him famous !

OK ... I'll explain - this guy Joginder (the dude dancing in the video -who is also the director of the movie) is the Ed Wood of India - Ed wood is infamous as the WORST director of Hollywood -he puts such idiotic and ridiculous scenes in his films - for example in this scene he has a lota - which is a jug used to clean your buttocks after having a dump and turned it into a dance sequence! Beat that all you music video directors!

Joginder will always be remembered for his title role in Ranga Khush. A trained pilot, he had also worked with late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi before turning actor. His popular films were Elaan-E-Jung, Mard, Tiranga, Hukumat, Agnikaal and Aamir Khan-Rajnikanth starrer Aatank Hi Aatank. His famous productions were Bindiya Aur Bandook, Do Chattane, Fauji and Yari Zindabad. His last film as an actor was Duplicate Sholay (2002) whereas last film as a director was Ganga Aur Ranga (1994).
