Wow, my jaw is on the floor. I take sound & interactive media classes at college, I've seen a few audio sculptures but this takes the cake. I going to visit a LEMUR exhibition tomorrow, this is only the tip of the iceberg.
very tripppy, but ultimately a human had to program this song or at least program the robot to make the song, right? so where does the creativity really lie?
this can get really deep quick but wouldn't you say we as humans were created by something greater...and with that creation we were made in a certain way to behave, and yet people break the molds and go outside their boundaries all the time to be creative....lol....i'm just typing to watch myself type.
pretty cool, as a guitar player, i must say, robots will never replace humans with music.... you can make a robot play a song, but it cant put any feelings into it like humans can.... because, well, robots dont feel anything.
