@thatsHECKAtight But high jump does have something to do with height since a taller person has his hips and glutes (the area which reaches the lowest height in HJ) at a higher starting position than a shorter man.

As far as the highest height jumped I would agree, but Stefan holm is only like 5'10" and jumping around 2.40 I would consider him the best jumper compared to height.
