When Fox News' Bill O'Reilly covered a lawsuit filed by the American Civil Liberties Union to protect the right to wear a T-Shirt saying "Islam is of the Devil," the coverage of the story on "The O'Reilly Factor" was so bad, even though it included analysis from two lawyers, Lis Wiehl and Kimberly Guilfoyle, in the so-called "No Spin Zone," it was really just a smear against the more than half a million patriotic Americans who belong to the ACLU, including me, because we believe in fighting for the fundamental rights guaranteed by the US Constitution.
The first clip of "The O'Reilly Factor" I use in this video comes from the episode broadcast on Fox News on March 25, 2005,which I have not been able to find online.
The other clips of "The O'Reilly Factor" I use in this video come from the episode broadcast on Fox News on December 1, 2009, which I also have not been able to find online.
The clips of Dr. Terry Jones of the Dove World Outreach Center come form the episode of his "The Braveheart Show" available on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSZJWh2JmuI
The images of the ACLU complaint against the school board of Alachua County, Florida, come from the document available online at http://www.aclufl.org/IIOTDComplaint.pdf

@rflooker It is a fact, evolution is taught as "the theory of evolution," I didn't make this up, I was taught this in school. Before you accuse me of ignorant you should hit the books yourself. And even if they change their approach on it, by their own standards they fail, because they can never "observe" evolution taking place before their eyes (observation is essential in science). And by evolution I mean from one species to another, e.g. primate to human, as opposed to adaptation.

@gospelnews123
By saying '...a "theory"....' you prove you have no knowledge of the mater and should either educate yourself about it or not say anything about it. Your argument is stronger when it does not contain ignorant statements.

It's very notable that the idiot female reporter, before being able to actually read the words directly off the image of the shirt, claims it says "Islams are the devil", a dead giveaway that she believes that people of the Islamic faith are called "Islams". Such is the startling ignorance from which Fox News bias springs.

The hijab is a great example of tolerance, yet it sends a "preaching" message even if the one wearing it is unaware of it, but banning the hijab in school would create commotion within Islamic-Americans. There r many atheist teachers who would get (not even offended) but enraged by the fact that some students choose to believe in Intelligent Design rather than a "theory". We've become way 2 "politically correct". I admit that some Christians are being immature, & some aren't Christians!

freedom of speech is only free when it doesnt harm another peerson
if it harms someone then there is consequences or "not free"
its hate speech and hate speech isnt allowed in a school zone for thousands of reasons
the shirt shouldnt have been allowed and the school was right to do wat they did

How is 'Islam is of the devil' NOT distruptive?? It's aim is to provoke a reaction. Would you still say the same thing if they replaced the word Islam with Jews!

Woah there, LiberalViewer, I understand how offended you must always feel when those at Fox unfairly smear the ACLU with just plain lies which are easily refuted by the reality of their true actions (defending civil liberties of ANYONE), but your statement at the end before the red wall of text was probably the first time I've heard a true emotional response. Even though it was totally understandable considering their inconsiderate attacks, it's not like you.

Finally a T-shirt that actually tells the truth, islam is of satan, you would have to be pretty low in the IQ department not to realize that...
