I always laugh when I see this xD Bryan and Tala's voices do not match if you compare to their english voices. The first time I watched this I fell of my chair of laugh when I heard Tala yeall "Borokof!" to Boris xD

I know exactly his age, you can search it on google though. But in first season most of the balders are around they're twelves or thirties, though there were a few guys that were fourteen or even older, if I'm not wrong. But I guess Tala was one of the young, 'cause his voice is a kid's. The reason why he still sounds like a kid in third season instead of like a teen, is probably that his seiyuu is the same used in season one ;)
