With two new members Autumn Breeze is back with 12new songs.Members 2010: William Bellbrandt Guitar, Linus Bornlöf Vocals, Kenneth Halvarsson Bass, Gert Magnusson Vocals, Flute, C and Soprano-sax, Guitar, Jan Warnqvist Keybords. The Autumn Band was recorded the summer 2010 at The Yellow Snow Studio Stockholm Sweden. Engineered and mixed by Gert Magnusson.

The musical influences on the Autumn Breeze music are relating to Camel and Genesis, classical music in instrumentation and composition and North European folk music with many songs in traditional minor keys. The music of Autumn Breeze is still valid today as an example of serious art in an easy-to-come-by package with a public touch which can serve as a raw model for other songwriters, musicians and performers. And as often the case with high-quality music- can the music attract a wide audience, however not initially intended by the rock group Autumn Breeze.

The rock group Autumn Breeze was active during 1972-1979 and made during that time several live performances and recordings. The group itself considered that their music should be classified- especially during the late 1970s- as symphonic rock or as Gert Nilsson and other members proclaimed in a radio show 1978: It is hard rock, typically uninfluenced by punk rock. During the 1990ties has music historians classified the Autumn Breeze music as progressive rock The Autumn Breeze music has always appealed to an elite among the rock music listeners, which was basically the way the group wanted it to stay. There was never any urge to reach a wide audience. The songs were written and arranged by the members themselves, without any compromises concerning artistic ethical values. In the late Autumn Breeze had three of the members classical music backgrounds, which even more amplified the seriousness of the art making of Autumn Breeze. A good example of this attitude was a statement by Gert Magusson where he pronounced that the human voice(song) was a musical instrument among other instruments which had a position in the music of Autumn Breeze not more or less important than other instruments.

However the new album is a mixture of influenses that has come to the band under 30years. And the vocals has great importance with superb performance by Linus Bornlöf. Guitar also plays a central part magically performed by William Bellbrandt. All listners are welcome. Go to "autumnbreeze.se".
