Well... Thai directly took the Sanskrit word for vowel "Swara" and corrupted it to "Sara"... I didn't know that...
Btw, the vowels r, rr, lr, lrr have become obsolete or has lost its original pronounciation in almost all Indian languages...

@llMichiyoll wow realy I think you need to learn and study more on it so you can remember it forever. Like me I'm not thai but I know some Thai alphabet and some vowels I think I'm lucky for knowing that na. Don't worry okay if you really try heard and I know you know all of this.

I'm Thai but I can remember just alphabet, I still can't remember the vowels all. Sometimes Thai people have a problem about spelling b/c the alphabets (the vowels as well) are very similiar.
