How to record mic and ingame audio video with fraps and Vista/Win7

This is a tutorial on how to record ingame audio and video along with microphone commentaries using FRAPS and Vista/Win7.

Realtek HD Audio Drivers - http://www.realtek.com.tw/

Click the Downloads option at the top of the screen and click NEXT after agreeing to the terms of service. Then select your current operating system and version(32bit or 64bit) and download. Run the .exe once to uninstall your current drivers then reboot. Run the .exe again to install the Realtek HD audio drivers and reboot. When you reload, there should be that orange speaker in your taskbar showing that you have it installed.

Can someone help me with something. I'm recording Minecraft, using FRAPS. But it makes the mouse and button clicking sound. Also, the ingame sound is abit loud. Btw, I use a mic for the commentary. Hope you can help. Thanks :)

I dont have a mic, but it records sound from internal mic. But it makes a weird fuzzy-buzzing sound with my voice. Help? Please!
