If you dont sink his food and he ate at the top then he probaly get some water in his stomach it is very pain full and he may be like this forever feed him peas

Very beautiful fish and tank!
My Ryukin does that too, she gets too excited and eats too much, and then when I feed her peas, she eats a ton of those too! Goldfish just love to eat :)

mine is like that, anad it's stomach is bleeding. i tried peas and brine ship and its not working

He has swim bladder disease. Feed him some peas. Ornamental goldfish get this a lot. Treat it soon though because it can be deadly.
