Sr. Garden City is rounded by cow farms so what u r smelling is maybe the smell of this farms or "la hedionda" in Eng. "the stinky". wich is the dog food factory, it smells like burned hair and dead animal because there is cooked the carrion of cows brought from the meet processor in town
