Rossini's Duetto buffo di due gatti (Gruberova/Kasarova)

Edita Gruberova (soprano) & Vesselina Kasarova (mezzo-soprano) sing the Cats' Duet by Rossini (Katzen Duett)

Friedrich Haider accompanies on the piano. Feldkirch 1999.

The first voice you hear is Kasarova's. Gruberova comes in at 0:25. Kasarova has the solo again at 0:45 and they alternate from there.

I wish! :o) Nah, I only have a CD of the radio broadcast. They really are remarkably well matched, aren't they? I hope there's a DVD of one of their joint concerts, too. Especially since Gruberova is set to retire in a couple of years. :o)
