This is in response to a request to display the holster wearing a white shirt. Here I'm carrying my S&W 908 which fits nicely in this Crossbreed SuperTuck molded for a Sig P239. The belt is a Crossbreed double thickness belt with loop velcro sewn in for use with velcro clips on the holster.

  • excellent vid. Unless I absolutely knew you were carrying (like I did now) I would have no idea! I was wondering though, do I need a gun belt or will my walmart belt work fine?

  • @sociopathpsych It depends a little bit on how heavy your carry gun is, but for the most part I would highly recommend a dedicated gun belt.

  • Are you using the v clips, or no clips

  • @stillbreakinghearts I'm using V-clips with a Crossbreed double thickness belt that has the loopside velcro sewn on the inside.

  • Great vid, thanks alot for the demo. I'm gonna look into this one. Do you wear it for extended periods? If so is it reasonably comfortable.

  • @1AbominAble1 Yes, I wear it all day long. It is more than reasonably comfortable! Comfort-wise, I haven't worn any other holster that touches it. It is a factor of it's minimal thickness and large leather backing against the body.

  • @sociopathpsych I have a dickies belt I got from wally-world, its thick -- it doesn't carry the load of a firearm at all.

A dedicated leather gunbelt are the best, they will run $55+ but your investment will last a lifetime. You could go for a fabric style instructors belt, but they are going up in price.

If you are one of those people who wear tactical 5.11 gear, you won't have a problem with an instructors belt, but I personally wear normal clothes where a leather belt fits my attire better.

  • @BERTO929 A belt marketed as a gun belt is designed to not warp from the weight of a gun. I had a standard leather belt from wallyworld i used to carry with and even as an in the waistband it would stretch, meaning i had to keep tightening the belt throughout the day, otherwise there would be a sag resulting in a not-so-secure feeling. A gun belt is much more comfortable when carrying. I use a mil-spec riggers belt now, not as stylish, but way more comfortable.

  • Can someone tell me what is the difference between a regular belt and a gun belt?

  • No sitting down with that, right?

  • Thats it, I have to buy one.

  • are you also wearing the gun belt they sell on their website? and what clips are you using?

  • Excellent video. You even seem to be using the belt that I've been trying to find a review on. Could you maybe do a review on it? The Crossbreed Gun Belt? Thanks, take care!

  • great review. It feels great to pack a weapon and take care of your own safety.
