Arod had his best year that season AND it was without steroids...the only time he EVER tested positive was during 18 months in texas...yes he was stupid for taking them because he never needed them but anyone who thinks arod's talents are due to steroids are the dumbest people on earth. Arod is probably the only player to take steroids who didn't need to take them to be great, he was already great.

Do you think the media crosses getting personal? yes, I dont think they have a right! I mean yes half the team did steroids! Yes our payroll is the highest! Yes i get paid more than the entire marlins team, yes we buy our way into the playoffs by buying better players than all of the mlb but we shoudlnt be criticized! @ivanjacksurmom Anyone hating on this is an idiot. Baseball is a game BUILT around trickery. This kind of thing happens at every level in EVERY game. You chatter up the batter in the box. You try and distract the pitcher. The hidden ball trick, the fake tag at 2nd base making the runner hesitate to advance. NONE of these things require a press conference or anger by people, but when A-Rod makes a HEADS UP PLAY that helps win a game, you hate on him. Get a clue and learn the game of baseball.
