Baba's gist: "wishing well's even stronger than a prayer, for it is done with the heart, rather than the tongue. If you can do nothing else, at least sit down on the floor at sunset with your back to wall, and say, 'my Allah, i cannot do anything for these people suffering, my fellow Muslims, but I really wish the best for them'... The important thing is to take out time specially for this, not to have a vague thought while reading the editorial in the paper... your concentration reaches God."
