I believe that the O.P. is uncomfortable in their own white skin & probably wants to distance himself (a nonracist) from the white cartoonist(a racist). This cartoon is CLEARLY, and I mean Swarovski Crystal Clearly RACIST! Monkey is a derogatory term for blacks, President Obama is Black ( at least Half ) & the White officer, after killing the monkey, says now its time to find another Stimulus author, implying that he had just killed the current one. Just not sure how this could NOT be racist...?

I think it should be put out there. If it is racist, well its showing people for who they are. I hear and see this kind of act almost on a daily basis. The majority of white cops where I live are racist. Everyone knows its true. So publish and let them be known for who they are. We (America) keep sugar coating things because we are scared of stepping on toes. This is truth. This is real. It is racist and offensive, but its happening.

I come off as a hard ass. I take no prisoners, give no one a break and expect people to treat me exactly the same. Having said that, and admiting to making jokes in very poor taste, I must say there is no place for this garbage in American newspapers. This is so racist and repulsive it even offends me, a guy who finds humor in everything. The NY Post has once again proven what a rag it truly is.
