you said at one point about extra slow negatives, slow and controlled...yet you only give the negative about 2 seconds?

@chrisjharrison1 To incorperate the principal of the 3-4 second negative is a great shocker, and works amazingly! But let's be real, to try and incorperate that reguarly into every single set of every lift, you would be in the gym for days lol! Most pro/national bodybuilders you will find don't even use the 3-4 count for the average lift. Granted my negatives were a bit too fast back in the day (Time of this viddy).
