I think i ran 1min22s and i happened to find a great video of that exact lap time to compare with.
Here's the original B16 Honda lap : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X1JePfEGhVA

Coincidentally, both videos were shot in summer 2008 as well.
I'm driving a modded 2002 300M Special with around 250,000kms at that time on balding Falken FK-452 tires (thus the more squealing than usual) with pressures maintained around 38-40 psi.
Last season's best time was 1min25s

  • awesome im working on a tubo for mine this year.

  • nice. i hope you get to do it and it works. how'd the ECU going to react? or are you keeping it low like 6 psi ?

i thought about it but as my daily driver and recent expenses in life in general it might not happen for a very long time.

i still have ceramic coated LX headers i haven't tried to make fit yet.

  • wat up dood i got 02 special, any mods been done 2 urs?

  • couple mods, nothing major.

    - CAI by "Joe's Intake"

    - Mopar Trunk Battery Relocation Kit

    - Mild steering alignment for track use done at the dealership's laser alignment machine.

    - Falken FK-452 tires

    - cryo'd frozen slotted race rotors and matching Hawk race pads

    - custom 2.5" all stainless mandrel bent true dual exhaust with X pipe (makes 15HP and 25TQ on the dyno)

(youtube won't let me post pic of it)

Oh and she's almost at 270,000 kms now.
