Beverly Kannonwski made her health a priority when she saw first-hand the trauma that poor health inflicted on those around her.

Her brother was overweight and at age 41, died of a massive heart attack; her husband could barely climb the stairs because of his back problems and her sister-in-law lost her on-going battle with cancer

Beverly knew life was too short not to enjoy it, and her yearly physical gave her the reality check she needed. She didn't look unhealthy on the outside but her body was showing signs of inactivity. At the age of 40, she didn't want to be living with aches and pains of her own—yet she was struggling with a bad back and shoulder. She needed to take control.

She participated in a Corporate Fit Challenge through her local women's service club. The six week program helped her form new habits, like making time for fitness and changing her family's meals. The results were huge!

Beverly is stronger than ever, pain free and down two dress sizes. Plus, her husband lost 35 pounds and overcame his back pain. Her children have embraced fitness too and choose to stay active with swim club.

As a bonus to living fit, Beverly has also found that her relationships are stronger. She attributes this to taking care of herself and having more energy and a positive outlook on life.
