Heck, i'm just glad to have had the honor of being able to say I lived in the same county as Ross did. I have been to his grave at Arlington. I never new or met Ross but I am so proud of just being able to say he was from where I was from. He is a true hero.
Thank you Ross, I wish I could have known you.

funny... just reading cammmo's posts... i was never lied to. nor did i get promised anything but an ass kicking workout 5 days a week. wait, come to think about it, i was promised a minimum 4 hrs of sleep per day. people that claim to be swindled by the military were blind in the first place. though i dont disagree with the problems stated about ptsd and blocked health care, i must say im ignorant to the statistics because i neither recieve nor need either.

Maybe the military websites and recruiters should present a more accurate portrayal of service. Why not devote a section the Army's website to IVAW? How about a page on soldiers who have committed suicide due to untreated PTSD? How about listing the backlog over OVER ONE MILLION cases blocking treatments for vets at the VA? Once the U.S. military quits lying, there will be no need for CAMMMO, and we will go away. We're not holding our breath, though.

No. In addition to the hundreds of millions of tax dollars spent every year finding young kids and bombarding them with deceptive messaging, military recruiters are very active on YouTube, painting a pretty picture of service in today's U.S. military- posting videos, commenting, and even aggressively arguing and insulting detractors. So we will be here too- giving kids the other side of the argument with case after case of broken promises, poor vet care and more through our website. CAMMMO

I mean that is hardly a way to further your cause, it is like the "Tweens" posting on videos or stuff that they hate to cause a stirr.

Last time I checked, it is a VOLUNTEER army. Now I do agree that Promising young citizens x or y for doing a time in the service is wrong, but it comes back to personal responsibility and researching before they go see the Recruiter. I looked at your profile and I see y'all have some vids of your own., Good for you, But can't y'all just take some ad space on here or another public website and stick to your area instead of taking your idea's on other video's? You're right. We should just shut up and support blind patriotism, unjustified belligerent aggression and illegal, immoral occupations. After all, we have no responsibility as citizens to hold the Pentagon to a higher standard. Letting more kids meander down the path of lies to enlist in the military is OK, even if they end up dead. Because we'd hate to ruin a YouTube video. Let's all just listen to Lee Greenwood and Toby Keith, put a magnet on our car and call it a day.

Well, thanks for ruining a tribute to a soldier to further your cause. great job, you win the Blood Dancer award.
Wow what an amazing story. Thank you for everything Pfc. McGinnis. God Bless.

@flip66five cont... i do hope that in the future that people that choose to watch videos on youtube, can respect people for sharing their lives. whether it is someones ultimate victory, or ultimate loss, we are all human beings. there are videos that require stupid comments, this is the farthest from that catagory.
