Kate and Anna McGarrigle: As Fast as My Little Feet (1984)

Kate and Anna McGarrigle perform "As Fast as My Little Feet Can Carry Me" in a June 1984 TV concert recorded at the Red Creek Inn in Rochester NY. Accompanying them on this number are Chaim Tannenbaum (voice, mandolin) and Andrew Cowan (guitar). Others not shown (or barely shown) on-camera for this song include Gordy Adamson on drums, Pat Donaldson on bass, and Gilles Losier on tambourine (it looks like).

This is a number that Kate and Anna performed in concert for many years but which (as far as I know) was never released on any of their albums. The song did appear on a "CBC Variety Recordings #3" compilation released in 1990.

Video quality is poor (a VHS recording made from a poor cable source on a long-retired VCR) but audio is from a stereo FM simulcast. Syncing the (variable-speed) audio to the video was a time-consuming challenge but the result seems fine.
