  • is it it poosible for you just to get rid of anxiety without doing anything at all?

  • ElDargo, essentially the stop anxiety technique takes something you are already doing, thinking about the worst that could happen (usually imagining looking through your own eyes)and puts you in charge by consciously creating in your mind what you want. I explain in the videos why this is so. But you do have to DO something. You have to take charge of your own program. No one will wave a magic wand and "cure" you. Only you can do that. - Mark Shepard, NLPT

  • Panic attacks, loss of appetite, the feeling of living life outside your body, the feeling of living in a dream, continuous negative thoughts, troubling and obsessive thoughts, excessive stress and worry, trouble sleeping. You are not alone. There are many others who have these experiences. I USE TO, but NO longer have them. I found what worked. I am NOT SELLING anything, I just want to share the process that freed me of anxiety. Please watch my intro. video for more info! Thanks, Stay positive!

  • I really liked the analogy you used about trying to get rid of the negative thoughts. I didn't realize that I was making it worse by always saying to myself "don't freak out, don't have a panic attack" etc.Although I know I shouldn't worry about having one, I find it difficult not to. After I have my club's meeting thursday nights I immediately start thinking "I really hope I don't have an anxiety attack next week" I don't know how to rid myself of these worries they are constantly on my mind.

  • this helped aww man i have it again got to exsited

  • After one attempt I realized that this method uses the very real concept that "hind sight is always 20/20". But by the time it's hind sight it's too late usually. This method actually changes that. It gives you hind sight about the future, now. I've applied it to the fear of not being able to function without certain addictive medications. I'll see how it all plays out but right now it feels like the difference is substantial. Im out of bed and going to face my work and the world now. Thank

  • Very helpful. Thank you. Ive been meditating for spiritual purposes and it was not difficult to apply this model. I think deep meditation is needed

  • I wish you were my therapist. i wish you would talk about the physical symptoms of anxiety and how it works and how to prevent them. plz respond
