I absolutely love him...if I started anyone off with one album i'd have to say Want One. (1 & 2 are good together) But...truthfully they're all amazing. His sound is so polished & unlike other singers who tend to disappointingly lose their pitch and tone and all that when on stage, he doesn't. He's always right on...he's great.

It's amazing. I saw it about 4 or 5 years ago live. He changed it up a bit, but it was like rapture.

I'm just listening to his songs for the first time. One is better then the next. After a decade of brutal rap music dominating the music scene. It's good to see there is sond talent out there again!

they are all awsome. My favorite is probably want two. its got some beautiful beautiful songs on it. maybe start from his most recent release the stars and work your way back? hehe..or start self titled from the very beginning.

You should also listen to 'Poses' which is overflowing with beautiful songs. I defy you not to love this album. You have the Rufus 'bug' - I can tell. Join the club.

I would reccommend starting with Release the Stars which is his most recent albumb, then take a retrospective look on his previous albums. Poses, Want 1 and Want 2

i never heard of Rufus before until the other day i was reading METRO and read a article about his new cd. i looked him on amazon dot com and now on youtube and i can't believe i missed this guy- he is gay like me - talented beyond belief. beautiful voice and omg! which album should i get first? can anyone tell me- please let me know. this song is beautiful - thanks for uploading this video and exposing him to others who have never known him! :)
