  • hey great video !! i got a question tho how long will it take to see results if i do this like 3 times a week ?? and to get maximum result how may times should i do those exercises ?? thank you XD

  • It really depends on the person and how long you stretch 3 times a week compared to how long you stretch right now. There are many variables, but in 3 months you should notice big improvements if you stretch 30 min. a day. Maximum results stretch 3 hours a day every day. 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon, and 1 hour at night.

  • That's a good selection of stretches, I like to rotate my head to the other side of the side leg when doing the one leg down one leg over it to the side stretch at 3:40, also some crotch stretches are useful if you intend to do the splits, like horse stance with elbows pushing legs apart or pelvic raises. Some shoulder relaxation exercises could help too - grabbing a towel between two hands and bringing it back over the head as far as you can with the aim being to touch your buttocks.

  • Thank you for sharing all the knowledge.

  • I chust can agree with romanceaddict,

    very good and helpful!

Once i did ITF Taekwondo, but now i started with wing chun its really amazing,

but i miss the stretching parts of Taekwondo, so thx a lot and hope to see

    more from you!!

    Peace

  • Yes I studied a Wing Chun and TKD as well. There are benefits to both styles, they kind of compliment one another. Grasp the essentials of both and of others and create your own.

  • @cmcampbell49 Care to share a link to something useful then? I'm a beginner, and since your willing to rip this guy's sphencter in two, I'd assume you have some helpful things in mind. Thanks

  • dain this is cald streching

  • This video.help.people stretch who allready know how to.do a split

  • my daily routine video now

  • your my daily video now

  • ... I wanted their ability, and they showed me the splits instantly without a warmup and can do it at any time of the day neccessary, and for martial arts thats the best right? if you want this guys pathetic ability by all means do what he does. Is a random attacker gona allow you to stretch both legs 3 x 30secs before you can high kick him. This guy is kind of disrespectful to the people who put in years of training to do the splits by posting a video that looks like he has been stretching.....

  • The type of stretching this guy does is called static stretching. Basically you make no gains from it, its a joke cos the next day, weeks, months you start from the beginning again. Tom Kurzs PNF stretching methods gives you permenant gains and he even demonstrates this. This guy is about a foot off the ground in the splits, what a joke, why has he got instructional video about stretching, I learned from somebody who could actually demonstrate the splits and followed their method cos...

  • when you do full splits put your entire body(face chin chest etc)on the ground aswell dont go on your heel go on the side of your feet (your instep) sory for the many posts

  • when you do full splits put your entire body(face chin chest etc)on the ground aswell dont go on your heel go on the side of your feet

  • when you do full splits put your entire body(face chin chest etc)on the ground aswell
