The reason for back pains, ischias, piriformis syndrome, disc herniations/degenerations and spinal problems is sacroiliac joint subluxation/dislocation/syndrome/dysfunction. It causes also back muscle spasms, groin/hip/knee/ankle/achilles/feet problems,...

  • parantunut have you got your back sorted yet, doctors never sort the problem out, speaking from experience!

  • @zachieftan

Yes, I finally did. It took 15 year to find this expert.

  • This video fails to address the reason for why his pelvis is out of alignment. The reason is muscle imbalances. Everyone is different, what is shown in this video will not work for everyone. You need to find the muscle imbalances that are causing the problem and perform the corrective stretches and exercises for the specific muscle imbalances in your body. A website called Lose The Back Pain explains it better than I can. Good luck.

  • >This video fails to address the reason for why his pelvis is out of alignment.

    No it doesn't

    >The reason is muscle imbalances.

No it is not. If it were that it would be easy to correct. Every physio and doctor would give it as a "description".

    But they don't. Why?

  • The easiest way to diagnose the problem: Check if you have any muscle spasms in the pelvis area, usually piriformis muscle goes first, later all other muscles like: glute max, med etc... Bc if the sij is not stable but kind of in place it's not easy to see anything on MRI or xray pics, moreover lots of docs dont believe in this problem at all. Any instability creates muscle spasms to stabilize the joint naturally, which is not enough since ligaments are meant to hold the joint. Moreover un

  • Consider this is the best advice from real neurosurgeon from GB:

Adjust sij and let the ligaments heal, usually it takes up to 12 weeks resting on the firm bed moreover, get the Joint supported with the belt. We were able to restore that joint in ~50% cases without surgery. SIbone surgery is the best fixation nowadays, fixes the problem instantly. If not fixed, this will kill the whole spinal cord finally leading to spondylitis disc degenerative problems

  • tell me how can i treat such pain?

  • What qualifications does this person doing the adjustment have? The reason I ask is that his clinic looks very crude, and this chiropractor is doing the same adjustment watch?v=NhwECwj3LDI&feature=related but its done differently, and a lot less crude looking that this video.

  • Is it safe if I get a family member to do this adjustment for me?

  • What the hell he had to go to all those doctors. Hell my chiropractor does those same tests with the heels every time i go in. Seems like the docs aren't very good in Europe. Everything he did was basic chiropractic skills.

  • I need this doctors

  • I just found out yesterday that I have uneven pelvic bone,,my chiropractor is giving me adjustments and I hope he can make it even again :( Ive been living with low back pain for sometime now

  • this is caused by 1 thing....and that is cause we keep our wallets in our right pocket and sit on it all the time.
