It's fantastic that B'desh is making good progress in this field. It's a national disgrace that the "ship breaking" industry isnt receving as much attention. Search for Bangladesh ship breaking on youtube and just watch some of the conditions people work in and the needless dangers they are put in. All so that the ruthless and greedy people at the top increase thier profit line.

It's taken Bangladesh 300 years to return as a ship building nation. Then Bangladesh was one of the great maritime nations of the world, trading with known world. From Rome to Arabia to China to Spain Bangla's vessels plied their trade.
We are proud of Bangladesh's return to the seas and international trade.
MADE IN BANGLADESH is of the highest quality as Denmark and Germany and many other great nations recognise today.

It's great to see that Ananda shipyard has started building ship and has got million US$ orders from Denmark, German.I it will make a huge impact in our economy. I'm for sure that this industry will grow steadily if we can maintain and improve the standard. After seeing the news on national TVs, I visited the web page of the Ananda shipyard but the HP is not up to the standard. The foreign buyers will not visit the youtube but the HP. So the improvement of the HP is necessary.
