Do you think Kirsty's accent has changed over the years? Didn't she used to have a strong Glasswegian accent that is now quite posh. I am watching her on Have I Got News For You as I type.

No, it was my idea! We had done the promo and I did the soft wipe with tinsel and then we used it again in the programme. Actually, it was a mark of how relaxed STV was then - BBC was/is so much stiffer.
