i feel very bad for the man who is HIV positive especially. I saw this documentary in English about him talking about having no friends and family and getting attacked. This prison is INHUMANE. I realize he is a rapist (I am a victim of rape) but people make mistakes and they are paying for it as they should but to what extent? This is uncalled for! He should at least be getting medication for his virus. I pray they get help

The peruvian government keep saying that they been doing this and that trying to solve this problem in jail, and the same issues still happen. They should change the administration, whats going on with my country?!

I still think that it is terrible the way they are treated, i'm not talking about country here, i'm talking about human life.

@dotnrlg6 hi, I am Peruvian an i Live in NYC. if you go to the Bronx, near grand Concourse and 161st you will realize that the city of New York spends a lot more $ in building nice court buildings than in providing nice affordable housing for their inhabitants. the US is not perfect, don't let me get started with the unemployment rates and the foreclosures. where in the US do u live anyway/

OMG...this prison is inhumane, they spend on truck loads of condoms and lubricant, but not on balance food, education & meds.

I know they are criminals, however, they are paying their dues to society by being locked-up, and they are still human beings...in the US we treat animals better than that.

Their prision have a high level of HIV, so that is why they get boxes of condoms and lubricants so the inmates can't catch more diseases....

By the way.. i never seen any like this..... is sad how this people havo to go trought to live... Maybe they are killers, rapist, etc.... but they are humans..... WTF
