Nominating Palin to the McCain ticket was simple proof that the Republican power structure was willing to go to anything to retain their hold on power, not matter how unethical. I think it lasted one episode and left two of the "guest stars" peeved because FOX plugged year-old, canned interviews with them into Palin's show, making it look like they supported Palin by appearing on her train wreck of a show. Oprah proved she's far more capable than Palin.
