WOW. I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT. Thats a really good theory but i think it just takes place when humans are alive but olimar explores places that humans dont rly go anymore like a big jungle thats even bigger to him

Another theory is that this takes place after the extinction of Humans, and these new species have evolved from other animals.

I changed my mind from 6 months ago... The pikmin planet has to be earth...I mean, there just ISNT a way Duracell batteries could be on an alien planet.
