I know your comment is from a year ago, but I believe I have just now fulfilled your wish.
Not sure when it'll show up for everyone to see, but it's there. 1000g class race on Oceania by me.

I don't think there is a code for a single team.
You just gotta beat the game.
Even then, there's nothing special about them. Just cyborg riders and grey bikes. I should know because I unlocked them, then made a career with a starcom rider and saved the game.
It was the first time I tried to break the sound barrier with the slowest engine.
I did it last night with a Vixen bike on Sirus.
Tell you what: if I can beat the career with all riders I can tell you all cheats.
You get cheats for that.
