  • you should have the bar at your toes then you wont hit your legs at all

  • he sure is standing erect @ 1:30. looksa like he has a boner.

  • I want to deadlift but I'm afraid of hurting my back. Is there any way to make sure I'm not using too much back? Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I think I have good form and I don't hunch over but I'm still afraid of getting hurt.
