just saw this movie, while it wasn't half bad i'm not sure wtf the plot was about

SPOILERS:

so basically, they pumped this guy full of drugs/steroids/??? and shipped him in a container

he breaks loose, proceeds to murder people

but why did the soldiers kill the two protagonists in the end?

and what did the muslim guy have to do with all this?

anyone care to explain?
